My current 9570's display glass is loose and makes a popping sound when I open and close the lid. You can feel the top edge of the glass moving out and becoming flush with the bezel when the lid is a few inches away from the closed position.
This is the second 9570 I received with this issue (both are "certified refurbished") and the laptops I checked in retail locations also had this problem. I fear it is getting worse over time but I can't be certain. I love the laptop but I would hate for the glass to just pop out completely one day.
Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, were you able to have it repaired or addressed by Dell?
