XPS 15 9570 without Nvidia GPU.
Simple question. Have Dell at anytime released a XPS 15 9570 without a Nvidia GPU and just the Intel 630? I ask as my recently purchased 9570 i7 eighth generation only shows the Intel display adaptor. I’ve even done a complete scrub of the SSD and full reinstall of the OS and still only the Intel 630 shows in the Device Manager.

@jphughan
Thank you for the reply and the useful advice.
I tried Dell support but they replied by saying my service tag is not recognised, even though when I access the site with the Laptop it displays all the details and warranty information pertaining to the device.
I spoke with the vendor I bought the machine off of and they were very surprised. They are an official Dell Partner and they were very surprised that no Nvifia device was detected. They, like yourself, knew that some models shipped without the Nvidia device but as far as they were aware all later XPS 9750 such as mine shipped with 1050ti and 1660 GPU's. They were also surprised that Dell support were so ineffectual.
The good news is that the vendor has no issues with providing me with an exchange for a new machine, and they'll confirm the full and proper spec prior to the exchange.

@G0NIG Not sure about the 9570 specifically, but previous XPS 15 models were absolutely available without NVIDIA GPUs. If you don’t see an NVIDIA GPU in your Device Manager and also don’t see something like an Unknown Graphics Adapter, then reinstalling your OS won’t fix anything because it means the OS isn’t seeing it at a hardware level. You could go into your BIOS and check the System Information/Summary section to see if an NVIDIA GPU is mentioned there, or go to support.dell.com, enter your Service Tag, and choose to view the Original System Configuration.
