XPS 17 970 - unknown Service Tag and unknown Express Service Code

Question

XPS 17 9700 i7 here.The service tag and express serivce code from the back panel is not regognized by Dell Support site.What to do in this case?We got a fake invoice from (NOT from Dell) and now we are stuck with a couple of probs like Bluetooth not working and NVMe seems to be defect.Thx for your helpBest regardsPeter
