XPS 19 - Stuck on Dell Loading Screen with Circular Dots Loading Spinner
Plugged in my Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro phone via a USB C Port.
Around 30 seconds after, the laptop just switched off.
On reboot, it doesn't get past the Dell logo black screen with 3 dots spinning.
I've run Dell System Recovery repair stuff. No issues were found.
The only other thing plugged in was the Dell USB-C to A adaptor and power cord.
Any ideas on how to fix?

Sorry that should read XPS 17 9700
I can get into SupportAssist OS recovery no problem. Finds no errors when scanning hardware or using the repair.
I can also access Windows recovery. Booted into safe mode no problem.
Interestingly I can replicate the problem. If I plug my Mi 10 phone in during the boot up when the Dell logo and dots are spinning endlessly, the laptop will just turn itself off.
