XPS 7390 2-in-1: BIOS bug API error event 13

I noticed the following error in the Windows event logs. Users of the same laptop on Reddit have reported the same thing, so should be observable with any 7390 2-in-1. Looks like this a problem with the BIOS. error@Anonymous Support: Please advise whether this a known issue and will be fixed with a future BIOS update.

Here a better quality picture of the error message: https://imgur.com/GDoXTSr Here the full error message: Event 13, ACPI : The embedded controller (EC) did not respond within the specified timeout period. This may indicate that there is an error in the EC hardware or firmware or that the BIOS is accessing the EC incorrectly. You should check with your computer manufacturer for an upgraded BIOS. In some situations, this error may cause the computer to function incorrectly.

I just responded to your other thread but since you did not mention it, I see there is a Bios Update on Dec 5th.  Do you already have that one?
