XPS 15 7590, Killer Wireless 1650 Bluetooth issue

I have purchased a Dell XPS 7590 only recently. I am unable to connect it any Bluetooth device. I have already updated both intel and killer drivers. restarted quite a few time and the issue still remains. I tried connecting to a Jabra BT set and Galaxy S7 edge. It was unable to detect Jabra BT headset. S7 edge was detected but the connection was unsuccessful. I can PM the service tag to dell support.

The solution is the same as all killer devices.

  1. Remove dell Bluetooth driver
  2. Download BLUETOOTH FOR KILLER 1650 & 1550 - WINDOWS 10 from  https://support.killernetworking.com/
  3. Install Bluetooth driver after unzipping the folder.
  4. Enjoy Bluetooth

Edit: At least the Galaxy S7 edge started connecting with this. No Luck with Headset though

I have a 1650 installed on one of my systems.  If you could open the Device Manager and check the properties for the Bluetooth, I could compare driver versions for the cards.

While there, check the events tab on the properties to see what it might be showing and be aware that window is small, you may need to scroll and then select an entry to see what it shows.
