XPS 9360 fan noise/ grinding

Hello dear Dell-Forums,

I have bought a XPS 9360 in late 2016 and had some issues with it like coil whine, but it never bothered me that much that I would have returned it to Dell. Now, since a couple of weeks, the fan in the laptop start to make weird noise when moving the laptop around, like something grinding or, from what I've read, a bad fan bearing. Also, my laptop seems to run very hot, mostly around 90°C to 100°C according to CoreTemp.

As far as I remember I don't have waranty no more, is there any way to get a replacement fan or to get this fixed?

I'm very concerned the fan will fail at some point or the CPU will overheat, rendering my XPS finally unusable...
