XPS 9370 Graphics Driver Website Outdated

Windows 11's dwm.exe has a memory leak problem, it slowly needs more and more memory to the point where 50 MB turns into 400 MB usage. The solution is Intel's graphics driver 30.0.101.1191 or newer. The XPS 13 9370's latest driver from Dell's website is 27.20.100.9664 (outdated). So, I downloaded the updated driver from Intel's website. However, trying to install it gives me an error reading "your system has a driver that is locked to your manufacturer specification...". Can Dell post the updated driver? If not, how can I get around this? Can I brute-force skip the OEM check? Windows Update can't provide the driver. Here is more information from Intel on this issue. I'm very unhappy, please help.

Have you tried drivers from this site? There are volumes of drivers there and make sure to click on the last updated tab for the newest drivers.

I'll give it a shot.

It's cool that you found this, but there's like 15 .exe files out of 200. Is there a master or a command to do it all at once or properly?

If you look at the very top driver in the list it states it is for 21H2 and later. The description on each has the version number and the Windows version it is compatible with. I am assuming that the Windows 10 21H2 driver will work with Windows 11 but MS has not posted any information on that in the description. Needless to say Windows 11 has still more than it's share of bugs and hopefully with the 22H2 release they will be addressed.
