XPS 9370 Windows Hello Not Operating After Win 10 Update 180
Hello there. I just bought a XPS 13 9370. Totally happy with it. But after a Windows Update Build 1803, whenever I get to the lock screen, the IR cameras do not start, nor does the fingerprint sensor work.
I have to put in the password to log in. Is it my problem because I tried to register my face and fingerprints again but it still is not working. Thank you for answering!

I am so sorry I just realised it's because of me not setting the pin after registering.
All things set.
Just remember to re-register your face and fingerprints after update.

I can't register fingerprints after the update. The enrollment app just hangs. And that's after clearing the TPM and updates of all drivers and BIOS.
The Dell instructions on a "fix" reference some non-existent security app - what's up with that.
Dell please advise - XPS 9370 I5.
