For anything else, check with your supplier or the manufacturer.

I would be very careful with high performance RAM - it's not uncommon for such RAM to require adjustable settings in UEFI Setup that your XPS system does not provide.

For those who are considering memory upgrade.

Today I've installed into my Dell XPS 15 9500 i7 10750H two modules of HyperX Impact 16GB DDR4 SODIMM PC4-23400 HX429S17IB2/16 and can confirm that they work with a desired clock (>2900) and timings. See screenshots:
