Is it a USB 3.0 device? I had a similar issue on a Precision 7560. Any USB 3.0 device would cause the WiFi to be effectively inoperable. USB 3.0 is known to cause interference to the 2.4 GHz band but none of the three laptops or three desktops I have on the office showed this behavior. I had to return the Precision 7560 because it appeared to be a defect and would be unacceptable if it is a design flaw. I have several USB 3.0 hubs and external drives that I need to interface with.
