XPS 9520 12th Gen - Realtek Audio Driver 6.0.9369.1 update, disables speakers on WD19TB.
Latest Realtek Audio Driver update pushed by Dell command update disables access to WDTB19 speakers, no longer available as a sound output option either through teh relatek interface or windows 11 audio device selection. Rollingdrivers resolves the issue.

I believe this driver should not affect USB sound. This driver responsible for internal laptop speakers and mics.
Once dock station connected there is a different driver redirects the sound to dock Realtek USB Audio DCH Driver

although that Realtek usb audio dch driver version is outdated. here's the new one (v6.3.9600.2330)
