XPS 9570 Power Status lights blinking continually
Hi
New 9570 which is plugged into AC power. The power status lights (on front center) blink continually. It flashes 2 times in amber and then 7 times in white, and repeats ad infinitum.
This is annoying and I can see no way of stopping it. But also, it maybe is trying to tell me something. If so, what is it saying?
Update: I have had the PC for about 2 weeks. I updated the BIOS upon receipt to, I think, version 1.4.0. Then a few days back I updated it again to the latest release (1.4.1?). Now that I think about it, I don't recall the flashing prior to the most recent BIOS update. Perhaps, I should go back to the prior version - if I can still obtain it. (Is it possible to get earlier versions?)
Update 2: I just noticed that when I run my backup software (Image for Windows from Terabyte Unlimited), the flashing stops and stays stopped even after I exit the backup program. However, it resumes when the system is restarted. Curious!
Thanks in anticipation.

I think you should try to setting the BIOS Back to its Defaults, maybe it can work for you

@browntom- thank you, thank you, thank you. That did the trick. FWIW, I think the only setting I had changed was to turn secure boot off. I did this so that I would be able to restore the system from a backup if need be. But of course, I can do that at the time - if it ever comes.
What a relief! Thanks again.
Uh, oh. Spoke too soon. It started happening again about 10 hours later. So still open to suggestions.
