XPS 9570 USBc port not working properly
XPS 9570 - As of recently, it will no longer charge using a Dell 130w USBc charger. It will charge using a Dell 4.5mm barrel charger. USBc drives usually show up properly, but not always. Various Dell and Anker USBc docks will disconnect and reconnect over and over. USBc network adapter seems to work consistently.
I have reinstalled Windows completely and updated all drivers. I was hoping someone has already had and fixed this problem. I've looked at multiple posts here and on Reddit, with no apparent solution so far.

Either the port or the charge circuit connected to it (it's separate from the one connected to the DC input jack) is faulty. Whichever it is, the only solution is a replacement system board.
Unless you can't work around the issue with the Dell AC adapter, it's a very expensive repair -- just under $400 for a board with an i3 or i5 CPU and integrated video to over $650 for an i7 board with discrete video, and that's just the part price -- add labor if you can't replace it yourself.

Kinda what I figured. On some 9560's with dead power ports, I was able to swap parts (not whole motheboards). Hoping there might be a part or update for this issue. This is a little too pricey to fix, but not being able to dock properly kills the usability.
