XPS 15 9575, does not load Dell support nor Radeon updates

Hi all,

my xps 9575 is really facing challenges in installing updates.

I have just installed the BIOS update directly from the DELL website however other updates are pending and I cannot find a way to install them.

In short:

- Dell Support Assist app stops responding when started

- Dell Update does not start at all (or at least no windows are shown in the foreground)

- Radeon settings does start and prompts me that there are new updates, however there is no way to let it perform an update

As a result, so far very few of the latest updates have been applied on my machine.

Might try reinstalling the Dell Update Assistant?

My 3 day only xps 15 2 in one asked me to install an update and after it will not power on. Thankfully they are sending a replacement, now I’m worried about when I get the new one and installing updates in the future.
