XPS Keyboard issue
Hi, I have a Dell XPS 15 that is about 7 years old. Still running well on Windows 8.1. The last two days, my Q, W, E and R keys are not working correctly. I have to hit them repeatedly to get a response. I'm long out of tech service agreements so any help is appreciated.

Try the on-screen keyboard or an external USB keyboard. If it works, you'll need to replace the keyboard.
If you require a part reference, post the system model (XPS L501x, L502x, etc.).
