XPS Motherboard

I am currently using a XPS 15 under premium support. I am facing problem with my motherboard and was told that it will be replaced by a refurbished unit. I haven’t paid the extra money to be replaced with a refurbished part, how can I address this issue to the higher management?

If your model computer is no longer available you will get a comparable replacement. That is covered in your warranty agreement. Laptops with major problems get replaced, not fixed. Check the terms of your warranty at Dell Support. https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Products/?app=warranty

Thank you for your reply. I have already talked with customer support, waiting to get e really from the manager.
