XPS printr cable

What cable do I need to connect my XPS 13 7390 to a Canon printer PIXMAiPHO ?

For just about any printer made in the last 20+ years, a USB cable will do the job - simple A to B.

@ejn63  The XPS 13 7390 only has USB-C ports. It does not have USB-A ports. So your suggestion isn’t exactly a complete solution.

@lymanh  My suggestion would be to get a regular USB cable as noted above, but then you’ll also need a female USB-A to male USB-C connector. There are USB-B to USB-C cables that would not require an adapter, but they’re fairly uncommon, whereas USB-B to USB-A cables and USB-A to USB-C adapters are both quite common. One possible wrinkle is that if your printer supports USB 3.0, then you’d want a USB 3.0 cable as well as a USB-A to USB-C adapter that supports USB 3.0, since some only support USB 2.0. But if the printer only supports USB 2.0, then a USB 3.0 cable wouldn’t fit into it. But since you just said you have a Pixma printer, rather than a specific model number, i can’t check that.
