XPS speaker Issue and Keyboard Issue

Dear Dell, I have read many many post about it. I am currently facing the same issue where the speaker crackling randomly even when headphone ON. Happen during Spotify, Youtube Etc

As usual, I tried the many ways suggest by the public such as:

- Uninstall and Update Driver.

- Look for Smartbyte and disable is (My model does not pre-install the software)

- Update BIOS.

- Disable Maxx ( Maxxaudio doesnt affect the crackling)

- ETC.

The Only Way i could temporary fix this issue is by switching the "Sound" "Spatial Sound" On and Off. And it only last for 1hour + -.

From what i have read, the probably happen because of the Software. Can Dell provide a legit update to fix the issue???

Besides that, my keyboard will keep skip some KEY such as:

the Button for `~ (button beside 1)

and for ' " (button beside Enter)

Where i press the key once the symbol will not appear on screen. When i press the key another time, it will appear the symbol twice. (eg. "" )

Other than that, the LAPTOP is perfect. DELL PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take things seriously. The XPS 15 line has been 3 years on the market ,right? yet problem still arise.
