XPS13 Donot receive Power
Hi All,
My XPS13 laptop is plugged in charging, I can see Led Light on power cable but I am not sure if laptop is receiving power as no led is glowing on laptop.
I plugged in charging for 2 hrs but still laptop is not turning ON.
Moreover if I press battery status button it doesn't display anything none of the Led is turned on.
Please help.

Unplug the system, disconnect the batter and hold the power button for 30 sec.
Plug in the adapter with the battery disconnected. If the system will power up without the battery but not with it, the battery is bad. If it still won't power up, the mainboard is bad.
