XPS13 OS Recovery question about time to restore

Hi from Belgium,

after trying to solve some windows 10 problems on my XPS13 9365 (SSD1To), I decide to reset all.

So I use the SupportAssist OS Recovery of DELL...

The first 3 steps was ok, and now it's on the 4 step: RESET PROCESS.

It's now 3H after starting the restore and the jauge is still at 0% of restoration...

Is it normal? Is nay body know how long it take to restore?
