XPS9370 - WIndows 10 upgrade to 2004 returns: we couldn't update the system reserved partition

The title says it all, I'm unable to upgrade windows 10 to rel 2004

Reading in internet it seems like the system reserved partition, however the Microsoft provided solution doesn't work:

Is there anything else Dell suggests to fix this issue?
