I saw my system do the same thing but it is working normally now.  Both the red and white lights come on but only the red light blinks.

It may be related to your Bios version and I had problems getting one version to install and ended up letting Windows do it..  I am currently running 2.16.2 5/24/2021.  Both cameras are listed in the Device Manager as Integrated Webcam.

If you have the current Bios, I would leave that alone for a while.  It may be some other update that allowed it to work correctly again.  If it doesn't come back by itself after some period of time, after signing in normally and possibly redoing the hello face setup, I suppose you could try.  But hopefully, you won't need to.

I am also running version 2.16.2 and you're not far off about it being the bios setting because I tinkered with it and it could be the reason why, do you suggest I flash the bios and reinstall?

So, you have already redone the facial rec process just in case the original image got corrupted?  I think I remember doing that on my system.
