Xps 13 black screen.
- This seems to be a hot topic. But I am not having any luck. My computer will not do anything with the screen when I do the 2 different “reboots”. Does not show the colors but the backlight does work at that time but then shuts off. Sound works as well.
- ive tried taking the battery out as well and plugging it in and it didn’t help either. Is there anything else I can do? It’s been an amazing laptop since I bought it and I don’t want to buy a new one. I have some important stuff on it!! Thanks
