Xps 15 9570 fingerprint/pin issues
I’ve had my xps 15 less than two weeks and my fingerprint reader is having issues. It recognizes my fingerprint but then immediately says my pin is required. I didn’t even set a pin up and when I click “I forgot my pin” nothing happens. I haven’t set up a password either so really I have no way to get into my laptop. Any help or tips would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your message. Was there any BIOS update/ Windows update after the setup the system?
Restart the computer – Tap F2 to get into BIOS -expand Intel software guard extension – Intel SGX enable – change to enabled – save & exit. Restart the computer.
