Xps windows 11 graphics issues

So I bought a new xps 17. When I upgraded to windows 11, the screen was corrupted. Thought it was probably a hardware issue and returned for exchange. Same issues with replacement machine. So something else going on. Returned 2nd machine and vought something else which is working fine. Don't care at this point since I've given up on Dell, but thought I would report. Screenshot attached.
