blue screen problem

Dear All , I purchased my Dell XPS 15 9570 Touchscreen Laptop – Intel Core i7 - 4K Ultra HD - 4GB NVIDIA

Graphics from Costco in September 2018. I keep having the same problem, about 20% of time when I startup my notebook, a blue screen appear the message " Stop code: System Service Exception". I had to reboot several time in order to fix the problem.  Please help!
