dell xps 9310
I got this dell XPS 9310 with so many issues
first one is it does not when the system is in use. it only charges when the system is shut down and the lid is closed.
the latest issue i got encountered is it turns on randomly even when the system is shut down and lid is closed and drains the entire battery
please help me with it

Unplug the power cord and hold the power button for about 1 minute (do not release the button during this period).
Also check if this settings is disabled:
