How long did you wait when you saw the message? When they replaced the motherboard, the BIOS may not have been reset, or the CMOS battery is either missing or not fully inserted. So enter the BIOS and check the settings then choose save and exit. If that does not help, remove the CMOS battery (coin cell) for at least 15 minutes. Then reinsert and try again. Now inasmuch as it just came back from service, have you considered calling Dell tech support? They can step you through the reset and diagnostic procedures.

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I’d recommend that you load defaults in the BIOS to check if the issue persists. Please follow the steps mentioned below to load the BIOS to defaults.
Also, please run the basic hardware diagnostics to check the hardware functionality of your system. This video has instructions on how to run the test: dell.to/2gEuPZz Ensure that the laptop charger is connected while you initiate the diagnostics.
Also, please share the picture of the error message again so that we can check to assist you.
For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (DCFAdmin) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.
What is a Dell Service Tag and how do I locate it?

Thanks for troubleshooting. As suggested by 'JOcean' you can try replacing the CMOS battery. If the system is under warranty you can share the system service tag in private message by following steps provided to you on earlier post.
