no output or input device found

Hello guys,

I am facing a problem with my output and input devices and I can get around this. Earlier today i had an issue with the online videos taking to long to load and play (youtube, netflix, etc). Initialy i thought it was video driver problem or something related to that. The problem was desapearing thought if i use my bluetooth headset and the video had no issue on playing....no delay at all.

So I decided to uninstall and reinstall the audio drivers, and there is the problem that i have now.  No matter what i do, the device manager shows that i have the realtek audio drivers installed and there is nothing else to install , but i have no sound coming from my laptop at all.....there is no default audio driver and if i use my bluetooth headset it seems that they are recognized but still there is no sound...

I tried the automated way to reinstall the drives and i used the manual drive download from Dell's support page but the outcome is the same....there is no sound at all.

If anyone has any thoughts it is well appreciated.
