scrolling- cache problem
Have XPS 15, great laptop, but one annoying and on going problem. When cache reaches 320 MB after browsing, on screen verticle scrolling stops working-NOT scroll bar. Have to clean cache, tech support useless-OS reinstall tried multiple times, other fixes don't work.
