Question

hi

i just want to know if i can still use my lap top for a couple more days until i get the new battery replacement.

my laptop needs to be on 24/7. it says "your battery has experienced a permanent failure and needs to be replace.

the system will power down when the AC adaptor is unplugged."

i just want to make sure its not going to turn off while im in the middle of using the laptop.

As long as the adapter is plugged in you should be fine. It means the laptop will function as a desktop. My battery has been dead for months on my Latitude and I keep it plugged in with no detrimental effect on operation. And yes...too lazy to replace it.
