xps 13 9365 touch pad controls missing from the setting app

I have a XPS 13 9365 2-in-1 with a clean Win 10 install and all current drivers, BIOS, etc updated from Dell.   I am trying to change the touchpad settings in the Dell Touchpad app but there are not present.  The only device present is the mouse (which is not connected). Any ideas on what's going on and how to fix?  Thank you in advance
