I'd suggest downloading free version of CCleaner. After, select tools in CCleaner and Uninstall. The uninstaller is much stronger than windows uninstaller.
There another thing you could consider is start fresh with a clean installation of Windows 10. Type Settings onto [Cortana] search box, select Update &Security, Recovery, and then click on Learn How To Start fresh With A Clean Installation Of Windows 10. This will keep your personal files and some windows settings, and remove most of your Apps, including Microsoft Office, third party Anti-virus software and desktop Apps that came preinstalled on the computer.
