XPS

I have an XPS that I purchased on Amazon. The problem is I was using it at the office and went to lunch, upon my return the chassis was warped so much so that the touchpad popped out. I have been an avid user of Dell for almost 20 years due to their design and quality. However, I must say I'm disappointed and frustrated as I no longer have a laptop to travel with and make presentations to clients. How can I get my device repaired at the earliest?
