I have reseated all mem sticks, tried each stick individually in each slot, but result is still the same; four beeps. Is there any place to go from here or is it time to call it?

The path forward is a mainboard replacement, but whether that makes sense is a question only you can answer.  The boards aren't much less expensive than a complete, used working system.  You can likely find one years newer for not much more money.

So what changed? It was booting one day and not the next? The indications are RAM is bad. I think you confirmed this.

So, was there a power surge when on?

Do you have a KNOWN good RAM stick to try?

Have you tried the memory in another PC?

Not saying the motherboard could be the problem, just asking questions.

Another simple task to try. Change the CMOS battery and see if you can enter BIOS.
