SA (SupportAssist) errors = BIOS error (1) flags (1) epsa error (0000) rc(2)

Can anyone help me with this? My Aurora R10 will not boot and get this error from SA on the date that it happened. Anyone know what rc (2) means?  BIOS error (1)? I cannot find info about this particular one anywhere.

Thanks in advance, I'm scratching my head on this one.
