The manual said, it can only go up to 3200MHz, but when buying this pc you actually have the option to get 3400MHz memory. My question, will it run 3400MHz 16GB each slot?

I confirmed this with Dell? They said they don't know why the manual says 3200MHz. So which one is it? Clearly? 3400MHz is one of the option you can get.

Need clarification on this.
