Aurora R7, will not boot onto ssd

Hi, I have a Samsung 970 EVO ssd and I want to boot onto it (I already have windows on it of course), however when I try to with my hard drive unplugged, it gives me the message "Boot failure on device." After this, I tried to boot into the ssd with the hard drive plugged in and I got the blue recovery screen (picture below). When I got

onto this screen, I can just "press f9 to use a different operating system" and it boots onto the ssd. Is there a way I can boot onto the SSD without having the hard drive plugged in? In the bios I have the boot order as windows device manager (or something along those lines) then ipv6 and then ipv4. There are no other options to boot from. Thank you.20210116_095757.jpg
