I'm experiencing abnormal battery drain while completely shutdown. At first, it was only two days a week (Tuesday and Saturday) at 6% each time. I've spent countless days trying to find the solution (because tech support claims it's normal), but haven't stopped the drain. Based on feedback from other Area 51m owners, drain won't occur at all in one night, if completely shutdown and nothing connected.

Most recently, I tried reinstalling factory image. I tried twice, to no avail. Then, I did a completely clean Windows 10 install. I did that three times. Now, the drain is 10% overnight and it seems to be occuring every single day. 

Note: I've had an open service request for almost 3 months, but tech support won't acknowlege me. Based on my interactions with them, I don't believe them to be competent or concerned enough to help. I purchased 5 years premium support which doesn't expire until 2023.

Please help!
