Hi. Touchpad was not working. Called support and they asked me to take it to a tech center. Asked if I could take away my hard drive, they agreed. Opened my m15 R1 to take away the hdd and the battery was causing all this problem. Will it explode? I had 3 replacements of the m15 R1 since it was faulty from the very beginning and now this?
