Hello, last year I got a Dell Alienware m16 R2 laptop. Ever since I got it, the screen has gone black once every two weeks. All drivers are up to date. The only way to recover is doing a complete hard restart. And this is making me angry. It is far too new to have these types of issues. Could anyone please help. What can I do to fix this issue?
