AppSync 4.4 - we have been seeing many, many phase failure errors, and high CPU consistently. We have added CPU and memory - now at 32GB memory and 8 CPU.

Performance issues persist. Server crawls with HIGH CPU and many errors.

We are using AppSync only for datastore copies on PMAX and Unity, 3 environments.

We have witnessed also the creation of numerous *.hprof java memory dumps that fill up the AppSync Windows VM d volume. We just delete them, but they come back.

DellEMC Support HAS NOT been helpful, asking us to tweak a setting here and there, but these issues persist.

Anyone else experience this? If so, what causes these issues? Any fix?
