Will rebooting one of the Data Movers dissrupt existing services? CIFS, iSCSI, etc.

I'm needing to enable NDMP on our Celerra NX4 running version 5.6.48-7.

This is in production, so I'm hesitent to reboot anything on this. I do understand that rebooting the control station wont affect anything services.
