I ordered an XPS 13 on 9 July as I needed a reliable new laptop to return to in-person work. The estimated delivery was 5 August, which was a bit of a wait but seemed reasonable owing to present supply shortages. 

The delivery date was then delayed until 26 August. This was disappointing, but I could just about live with it.

Today the delivery date was revised again: 20 September. This is close to a 3 month delay between ordering and receiving the product. This does not seem reasonable to me. And I no longer trust Dell to even adhere to this date. I'm deeply frustrated.

How many of you have had similar experiences? Have you cancelled your order? Any advice?
