Hi,

For the last 3 weeks I was trying to buy an Alienware Laptop. Since I'm from Argentina and Dell Argentina doesn't sell Alienware Laptops I was trying to buy it from Dell USA. After trying several times to use my International Credit Card and not being able to put the Purchase Order in place (after a few days they cancel each order), I have contacted the sales team by chat and the guy told me that I can ONLY use US Credit cards, but if I use a PayPal account that should work. I set up the PayPal account, and tried again to put that Order in place, however the PayPal didn't work neither, so again I contact the sales time, and this time they told me that only with a US PayPal Account I can buy from Dell.

So basically I CAN'T BUY a DELL because my money doesn't worth? What stupid policy is that one? I can use my credit card in Amazon, eBay, anywhere in US, however I'm not good enough for Dell.

I've been a dell costumer since ever, I always recommend Dell to my friends, but looks like that's not going to happen again.
