Refund issues
i ordered a monitor Nov 27, 2024 and it never gets to my address and it instead goes back to sender on "Dec 2, 2024 at 12:43 PM Package was returned to the sender LEBANON, US" not my address. Is there something wrong with my address in the dell system? This happened again after i tried ordering another monitor through dell. Same issue returned to LEBANON, US. I then tried buying the same monitor through Amazon and got it in 6 days. I requested a refund from Dell and "Return processed. Refund sent: Dec 28, 202" But i never received the refund to my bank account where it should have gone i do not one a credit for a website that i cannot receive orders from i will repeatedly not get my orders and have to file for refunds that i wont be able to use. please help me my email is <Private data removed from public view.
