Have spoken with many individuals in customer service but can get no satisfaction. Dell laptop was ordered but as shipping address was different from credit card details, Dell requested Fedex to return package (before it was delivered) and it was signed for on March 23 at Dell's facility in Lebanon, TN. However, my credit card has not yet being credited with the amount and I am having to pay interest on this amount. Can someone PLEASE respond to this so I can get the amount refunded?
