It's been nearly a MONTH since I placed my order on August 16th, and my laptop is still in the production stage. When they told me the estimated ship date was Sept 9, I was already pretty disappointed. And the fact that it's still not shipped 5 days after the estimated ship date is just unacceptable. I have never seen a company like this. Come on, it's 2021, and you are dell--a well-known company worldwide.
