Having an issue with my laptop. Earlier I noticed I had a flashing amber led power light, but a black screen. My led light on my power supply was out, so I used an alternate power supply. This brought up the Dell splash page, but then computer when to another Dell page, where it was light blue, and went to 100%, then said it needed to reboot. It turned off and had never booted back up. The flashing amber light is gone. I’ve tried a hard reset, but just get a solid white light now, and a dark screen. I tried an alternative external monitor but it said it could not find a signal. There are no beeps when I reboot, but the caps lock on the left flashes one time.
